[Tavros] That awkward moment when...

“Tavros, I want a piggy-back ride.”

You crossed your arms stubbornly as you tried to give the troll your best pouting face. Eridan would have been proud of it.

“Wh-why do you want a piggy-back ride, [Name]?” Tavros shuffled his robotic legs as a blush crept onto his grey cheeks.

“Because I haven’t had one in a while. And no one else wants to hang out with me.” You blinked sadly at him, turning on your puppy dog eyes.

Tavros tried to look away, tried not to give in to your pleading, but failed. Sighing deeply, he replied. “Al-alright, [Name].”

He hoisted you up onto his back, wrapping your legs around his waist. For a moment you almost fell off, but you saved yourself by grabbing on tightly to your friends horns.

A muffled yelp came from Tavros as his blush reached his ears. “[N-name], what a-are you doing?”

“I was getting a better grip. You okay Tavbro?”

“Mmm, y-yeah. I-I’m fine. But, uh, c-could you move your h-hands please? It feels w-weird.”

You moved your hands along his horns. “This feels weird?”

He tried to nod, only making your hands move closer to the base of his horns, causing him to purr deep in his throat.

Swiftly you placed your hands around his neck, nuzzling your face into his hair. “Sorry Tavros. Didn’t mean to make you uncomfortable.”

He smiled sweetly, shifted his weight to get a better grip. “It’s alright.”

“So… troll horns are sensitive?”

“Uh, y-yeah. It’s uh, a bit different for every troll though. Mine are um, k-kinda like petting a purrbeast, I-I guess.”

You giggled. “You mean a cat?”

“Yeah.”

“Cool. Forgive me, Tavros?”

“Mmm-hmm.”

He started walking forward, seeing as you were situated nicely on his back.

“And Tavros?”

“Yeah?”

“Stay away from the stairs.”
